一、论坛的背景及目的 Background and Objectives
为响应国家及山东省环境生态保护与水产行业发展的迫切需求，会议将致力于在渔业资源开发与利用、海洋环境生态保护、水产养殖、水产医学等方向，推进海洋环境生态保护与资源化利用的基础与应用基础研究。重点方向包括渔业资源合理开发与可持续利用、环境生态保护与资源高效利用、水产动物育种技术、营养代谢以及疾病防控等。此外，会议将着力探索科研成果转化新机制、深化校企合作、拓展国际产学研用合作，以切实推动国家及山东省落实海洋强国、“双碳”、蓝色粮仓战略和“一带一路”倡议，促进经济社会高质量发展。
The conference responds to national and Shandong Province priorities in ecological protection and fisheries development. The conference focuses on sustainable fisheries resource use, marine ecology, aquaculture, and aquatic medicine, promoting research innovation and transformation. By strengthening university–industry collaboration and international cooperation, it supports key strategies such as the Marine Power Strategy, “Dual Carbon” goals, Blue Granary Strategy, and the “Belt and Road” Initiative.
2022年至2024年，澳门彩票开奖结果查询网站 全面配合学校安排加入国际产学研用合作会议框架，举办了水产分论坛，取得了丰硕成果。本次论坛会议旨在进一步搭建国际产学研用的合作平台，立足我国战略和区域主导产业创新需求及双一流学科建设、高水平应用型高校转型建设等现实需要，创新体制机制，精准对接国内外科技资源、人才资源，搭建中外高校、科研院所、企业对接平台，推动国内外更多高校、科研院所和企业产学研用深度合作。同时创新研究生国际化培养模式，汇聚中外高水平专家，促成中外专家合作，以双导师制度实施高水平研究生联合培养计划。最后会议旨在打造国际间高层次人才交流合作机制，充分的发挥院士、科学家等高层次人才的领军作用，通过柔性引才机制，促进战略性产业领域科研资源互补、优势叠加、创新发展、协作共享。
From 2022 to 2024, the College of Fisheries at Ocean University of China actively participated in International Conference on Industry–University–Research–Application Collaboration, successfully hosting the Aquatic Sub-forum. Building on these achievements, the forum aims to strengthen international collaboration across academia, research, and industry. Guided by national strategies, regional innovation needs, and the development of “Double First-Class” disciplines, it will enhance institutional mechanisms, connect global technological and talent resources, and foster exchanges among universities, research institutes, and enterprises. The forum also seeks to innovate international postgraduate training through joint programs under a dual-supervisor system, and to establish high-level talent exchange mechanisms, leveraging the leadership of academicians and scientists to promote innovation, cooperation, and shared development in strategic ocean industries.

聚焦水产资源开发、利用与保护，包括渔业资源、水产养殖、水产医学等领域，重点就渔业资源开发与利用、渔业资源管理、水域环境生态保护、水产养殖新模式和新技术、水产育种、营养代谢调控、水产动物疾病预防与控制等问题进行探讨。
Focusing on the development, utilization, and protection of aquatic resources, including fisheries resources, aquaculture, aquatic medicine, and other related fields. Key discussions will center on issues such as the development and utilization of fishery resources, fisheries resource management, water environment ecological protection, new models and technologies in aquaculture, aquatic breeding, nutritional metabolic regulation, and prevention and control of aquatic animal diseases.
四、论坛议题 Forum Topics
围绕国家、山东省水产行业发展需求，聚焦渔业资源、水产养殖、水产医学等领域，开展水产资源开发利用与保护的基础与应用基础研究，探索科研成果转化、校企合作等国际产学研用合作新模式，推动国家、山东省经济社会进一步发展，推进实施国家海洋强国战略、蓝色粮仓战略和一带一路发展倡议。
Focusing on the development needs of the national and Shandong aquatic industries, the forum will address key areas such as fisheries resources, aquaculture, and aquatic medicine. It aims to advance basic and applied research on the development, utilization, and protection of aquatic resources, explore new models for research transformation and university–enterprise cooperation within international collaboration frameworks, and promote economic and social development in alignment with the Marine Power Strategy, Blue Granary Strategy, and the Belt and Road Initiative.
